Alan began his hospitality career in 2011, quickly developing a strong passion for hotel operations and the guest experience. With experience in rooms operations across Hilton and Marriott properties, he brings a solid operational foundation paired with a hands-on leadership approach.
He is focused on elevating team performance and enhancing every stage of the guest journey, playing a key role in driving service excellence across the portfolio. Alan leads Fathom’s Property Management division, overseeing The Weldon Hotel, The Evalina Hotel, and the Portland Penthouse Collection.
