Matthew Nolan
Regional Operations Manager
Matt brings nearly three decades of hospitality experience spanning hotel operations, Food & Beverage, and property leadership. A Johnson & Wales University graduate, he began his career with Marriott while still in college, later serving as General Manager for Courtyard and Residence Inn properties, including a decade leading the Residence Inn Portland Downtown.
Matt joined Fathom Companies in 2023 as General Manager of The Press Hotel and moved into the Regional Operations Manager role in 2026, where he supports General Managers and strengthens operations across the portfolio.
He currently serves as President of the Board of Visit Portland, supporting the hospitality and tourism community across Portland and Maine.
