Shelby Burgau

Shelby assists with leading projects from due diligence, planning, and entitlements through design, construction, and turnover. With over a decade of experience in project management, space planning, and construction oversight, she has advanced high-quality, enduring projects across institutional, mixed-use, and hospitality portfolios. Prior to joining Fathom, Shelby led the development team at Foreside Development and managed capital initiatives for institutions including Harvard Medical School, Bentley University, and Bates College. Her experience informs a collaborative approach and owner’s perspective that balances capital costs, long-term value, and operational performance on every project.
